1 - Where is the meeting point? 

Departure takes place either at Faro Marina or Cais do Ladrão, next to the marina. The exact meeting point is always confirmed in advance, depending on tidal conditions.

2 - What is the boat capacity?

The boat comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests for a more exclusive experience, with a maximum capacity of 8 guests plus the skipper. 

3 - What is included in the tour?

All tours include a professional skipper and fuel, ensuring a seamless and worry-free experience.

4 - What should I bring? 

We recommend bringing sunscreen, a hat, a towel and water to fully enjoy your experience. On cooler days — especially during the sunset tour — a light jacket is advisable.

5 - Is it possible to have lunch or eat on the islands ? 

Yes, it is possible. During the full day tour, we can recommend and reserve a restaurant on one of the islands for a more complete experience. Alternatively, there are also small local bars where you can enjoy light meals such as tapas or sandwiches. 

6 - Can I bring food and drinks on board? 

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks on board. We kindly ask to avoid red wine and greasy foods to help maintain comfort and care of the space. 

7 - What amenities are available on board?

The boat features sunbathing areas, shaded space (bimini), a table and a freshwater shower for added comfort.  

8 - Can the itinerary be customized ?

Yes, each tour can be tailored to your preferences, depending on daily conditions and tides.

9 - Can we visit islands and stop for swimming?

Yes, you can explore islands such as Deserta, Farol, Culatra or Armona and enjoy swimming stops. 

10 - What is the cancellation policy ?

Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours in advance, with 20% of the reservation fee retained.

11 - What happens in case of bad weather?

If weather conditions affect safety or the quality of the experience, we may cancel the tour up to 24 hours in advance. 

12 - What payment methods are accepted? 

We accept MB Way, bank transfer and other agreed payment methods.
